A bunch of individuals writing to the press is one thing, but get, say, 500,000 signatures behind an effort to induce resignation...that's hard to ignore.

to handle the counting. In the grand scheme of things don't you think that Cheney & PNAC would love to chuck DimSon now they have used him as a cardboard cutout for two elections? Show him the door then Cheney could finish out the term and run as the incumbent in 08.

Chimpy has more to fear from the people inside the White House than he ever does at a fake town hall meeting or the Press Briefing Room. These guys are ruthless and Chimpy is just another stupid lame duck they no longer need.

I have said it before and I'll say it again. Either Chimpy or Cheney will not finish out the second term. They need someone that can run as an incumbent to try and continue their choke hold on the country. Cheney will resign for health reasons and they will slide someone into the lineup to replace him or Chimpy will go and Cheney will be on deck for the next election.
