There seems to have been an influx of Elementals around here

In modern occultism the word Elemental can...be used to mean any simple or only partly sentient spiritual entity. These entities can be entirely natural (ie the spirit of a group of trees) or can be created by magicians or sorcerers to perform a task for them.

I guess the Rove business is twisting the fabric of the Dark Universe and sending these things skittering and gibbering into the light, where they just sort of fizzle away in a flurry of deleted posts as they dissipate their shadow energies.
