If he nominates Roberts (as expected). Look at Clinton--he actually listened to old Orren Hatch who suggested Ginsberg and Breyer as Democrats who could actually be passed without much opposition--instead of nominating a strong liberal. But Bush, he says he will listen to the opposition, but as always he just spits in their faces and does as he likes.
