I think he was being sued by a family member of the Okla-city bomber team, about something he said in Bowling for Columbine.
The court ruled that his video was accurate, factual and not actionable.

Terry Nichols family sued him for saying Terry was involved in the OK City bombing. Then Terry pled guilty. I guess he forgot to check with his family first.
