2. Yes he is. I did a search on Dogpile and found several

confirmation articles of that fact. I will post a link when I find one that is easier to read than the ones I found so far. Info is in them, but it's burried deep in the article and difficult to find.

5. I need to recind my statement about him being a Catholic!

I've been feavorishly checking, and the articles I had seen show multiple judicial candidates in the smae article. The one they constantly refer to as Roman Catholic is Garza. On Roberts it simply doesn't say anything!

My guess is that he is a WASP then. Otherwise they would mention him being Catholic. That is a 'minority' in this country.
