Stay on message with Treasongate. Nothing is happening with SCOTUS for 5
Edited on Tue Jul-19-05 09:29 PM by bunny planet
weeks. Jr. is going to be clearing brush for a month on the ranch in Crawford. We'll be aware of the Roberts nomination and ready for it when it's time, I'm not saying to just ignore it. Blivet was never going to be anything but a divider in his nomination, no surprises here. Really, although we are thinking of him as the replacement for SDO'Connor, until Renquist retires, he is really just trading one conservative reactionary for another, for the time being. We've got a little time, and of course, we should hound our representatives about the confirmation process.

But we can't let the Treasongate story become less important. It is vital to stay on now, I can feel it. This is our shot, let's take it.
If this doesn't take the * crime family down, nothing will.

Rove is now clearly in big trouble, Scooty is probably not far behind. There is a very real possibility that every one of these thugs and serial liars will be implicated. KKKarl omitted the truth when he spoke with the FBI! He is vulnerable right now. This is the most vulnerable they have ever been in this teflon nightmare of a presidency, we must keep dogging them. If we can keep this story on the front page where it deserves to be, His Fraudulency might not even get one SCOTUS nominee confirmed.

3. With regards to the make up of SCOTUS, we're just screwed.
That happened when Bush was allowed to steal the election in 2000 and again in 2006. We're just going to have to work around the biased SCOTUS. The first thing possible would be to try to overcome the electronic voting scam. Without fixing that, it won't matter what the Supreme Court is doing.

8. I see the connection, even more important a reason to go after the treason
conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and perjury now, to cut them off at the knees now, so that they won't have the credibility to push through a SCOTUS nomination, period. Things have the potential to unravel very fast for these thugs, if we are vigilant in exposing this. The public is increasingly sceptical of *'s honesty, they are starting to really question the war and have profound misgivings about the lies we may have been told to get us into this mess, and this prosecutor really seems to have the goods on this administration. I agree we are being set up for some dangerous legal precedents and reactionary and repressive judicial decisions with this new * court. We can't afford to not pursue Treasongate, everything rides on it.

5. Recommended. Kicked.
Chimpy wants to throw a SCOTUS nomination to create a distraction.

That odor we smell is fear...

6. I agree......
There are so many scandels going on with the Bush Crime Family, Tom Delay, DSM, and Rove to name a few. We need to stay on the ones that will help win Elections in 2006 & 2008, driving home the facts of Republican Corruption and keeping it in the public mindset will help us do that. We also have 5+ weeks to work on Senators that will be coming up for Election in 2006 in regards to the SCOTUS.

7. I couldn't have said it better myself!
The latest ABC poll showed that 75% of Americans believed that there had been wrongdoing with Rove. It is NO accident that they made this announcement today about the Supreme Court. We've got to hold their feet to the fire on this and not let up and we can only do that if we stay focused on Rove!

Honestly? There's not a hell of a lot we can do about Roberts. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we can moan and groan but in the end, we do NOT have the votes to veto his nomination. But we CAN do something about Rove and we must! Do not give up the fight and stay focused.
