on cases to make it harder to overturn Roe v. Wade.

4. There are plenty of Democrats to work on both or either task.
It makes no sense to think this is not a fight worth fighting. Everything is a fight worth fighting when total control of the government is at stake.

If the Dems has one chamber of Congress, I might feel a little less urgent about this nomination. Unfortunately, I don't feel I have the luxury.
