He said that GENERALLY SPEAKING, SC justices tend to be more liberal than originally projected. Often, a president will nominate someone he thinks is a conservative, but once the justice starts making decisions, he is not bound by politics, but the Constitution. He also said that SC justices tend to become more liberal the longer they are on the bench.
