Even Ann Coulter Does Not Like The President's Nominee
http://anncoulter.com/cgi-local/printer_friendly.cgi?article=66

After pretending to consider various women and minorities for the Supreme Court these past few weeks, President Bush decided to disappoint all the groups he had just ginned up and nominate a white male.

So all we know about him for sure is that he can't dance and he probably doesn't know who Jay-Z is. Other than that, he is a blank slate. Tabula rasa. Big zippo. Nada. Oh, yeah...we also know he's argued cases before the supreme court. big deal; so has Larry fFynt's attorney.

But unfortunately, other than that that, we don’t know much about John Roberts. Stealth nominees have never turned out to be a pleasant surprise for conservatives. Never. Not ever.

Since the announcement, court-watchers have been like the old Kremlinologists from Soviet days looking for clues as to what kind of justice Roberts will be. Will he let us vote?

1. Who cares what she thinks?
And the word "she" is probably an exaggeration.

10. Obviously Not. Ever Seen An Excerpt Of Her Books?
She had footnotes, that were really endnotes, and more than half of them had no basis in fact.

13. I was actually thinking of her books & endnotes when I commented.
As I recall Franken wrote that both her endnotes and quotes were so out of context they were useless. The endnotes in particular seem to be there only for appearances' sake.

3. If she doesn't like him, that's a good thing in my book!
I've been watching the RW response to Roberts. I know it's stupid, but I figure if they don't like him, he must be at least decent...not GREAT, but decent!

9. I agree with you - if the fundies don't like him, then I am pleased.
So did he ever rule against Roe v. Wade or did he write briefs opposing Roe v. Wade? If he wrote briefs, then he was being the advocate for his client and doesn't necessarily hold the same convictions he opined and argued.

11. They are all on the playbook.
My guess is that if fuckface, er I mean coulter 'doesn't like him' that is because fuckface has been instructed to 'not like him' which means that he is an absolute nazi shit and they are trying to frame him as a moderate.

But that is just me. You can take things at face value, I stopped doing that a long time ago.
