Can we please get serious. Anyone with half a brain can understand that Saddam Hussein was "Mr. Terrorism." All one has to do is look at what has been uncovered since the dethroning of this animal and one can understand that he has been connected to terrorism for years.

I find it bizarre that a vocal minority in this country is worried about whether Saddam and the rest of these individuals who behead, burn and hang American corpses from bridges are being treated well. My father-in-law was a prisoner in a German prison camp during World War II. I'm sure if you ask him, he would have chosen Guantanamo Bay, where he could get menu choices, his own Bible and state-of-the-art medical attention, all provided by the American taxpayer.

If this current crop of liberal Democrats - Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Sens. Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton, in particular - were in charge of how World War II was fought, we would all be marching in lock step with swastikas on our arms or the Rising Sun tattooed on our foreheads. Vietnam was a good example of how the left in this country will fight a war.

Thank God for President Bush, the right man at the right time.
