Scottie's idea of impartiality
dont bring up Robert's record and let the public be surprised by his decisions while on the SCOTUS. How many times did he say impartial in that conference? :banghead:

4. So pessimistic . . .
It's only natural that attention will turn away for one day after a SC nominee is named. Even the MSM noted that B needed to name someone as a distraction, and he did, right on cue. There will be a day or two, then we can return to the news that matters.
