"HOGAN & HARTSON POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE"? What's this? (Roberts)

http://newsmeat.com/judiciary_political_donations/John_G_Roberts.php

Those are Roberts' political contributions.

He donated $3,735 to Republican candidates, and $7,450 to "special interests".

There are multiple donations to only a SINGLE special interest group: "HOGAN & HARTSON POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE".

I tried Googling, but I haven't found a lot of useful info about them.

Does anybody know anything more about HOGAN & HARTSON POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE?
