1. If we are sucessful,
Roberts could go down without a full hearing, without a vote, just withdrawn. It's nearly impossible to predict whether there is something in his past that would be disqualifying. His life is begging to be uncovered. Folks could come foward. We certainly have enough time to work with. What republican or conservative doesn't have skeletons?

2. It might be worthwhile to send this list to our Senators
I plan to send fact filled emails to my Senators -- but I don't have much hope for them --they have been rolling over for the GOPigs and voting for real pigs -- like Negroponte.

did folks anticipate every withdrawn nominee? Of course not.

We need to do more than just show up for the hearings.
