Zogby and the Shrub "impeachment poll " numbers!!!

Have you heard about Zogby's poll re: Shrub and impeachment? I believe the percentage is at 52% in favor of impeachment proceedings. Keep in mind that these numbers are indicative of a poll taken when much of the population is still unaware of the DSM and other BS that many of us know about. It's important to note that the poll #'s for approval to go ahead on impeachment hearings for Clinton were at a whopping 39%! Zogby is frustrated because the media is hesitant to carry this story. IMO, within a matter of weeks, all hell is going to break loose for these ratbastards. Just wait until the prison pics and videos are released. Imagine how those #'s will rise!

Like many here I find myself alienated from many old 'friends' and even more family members.
'Politics should not come between people'.

This is NOT 'politics'.. Not to grandstand but this *IS* life and death.
American kids are dying every day, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have been murdered, maimed. And 'fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them here' is obviously ludicrous.

It becomes more and more difficult to associate with those who spout faux news talking points while breaking their own arm patting themselves on the back as if they are personally responsible for the GOP 'mandate'.

I had building frustration that the DNC was totally missing the point of Rove, and missing the Downing Street Documents. I'm acustomed to calling Reps and Senators offices, or even the WH comment line, so I thought i would get cutoff after 3 minutes.

the lady listend to everything i had to say, which was alot, but kept going back to the point that bush lied us into war, and it is the biggest crime ever committed by our country, and it's costing lives, making us less safe, costing us billions, losing us allies, breeding terrorists.

i said, why the heck aren't you pushing the DSMs? she said, well if you loook on the site, and do a search...

i interupted and said "NO" you don't get it. You've got like 5 or more articles about Rove on the front page of the DNC website, and they all carefully avoid being to overt about what I prefer to say boldly, that BUSH LIED US INTO WAR AND IS COVERING IT UP.

i said, you need to make sure, every Dem on TV, no matter what the subject, or almost no matter what, they need to bring up the DSMs, or somehting related that points out how Bush lied.

And her response was not what i hoped for.

she talked about wanting the Dem message to be positive, blah, blah,

i interuped again and said, look, it's this simple. i've seen the polls. anger is building up in this country, and YOU are holding them back. the 50-52% who believe bush "deliberately mislead" are starving for leadership.

i told her that they can make the charges stick. there's whistle blowers like joe wilson and richard clark.

i said it doesn't have to cost you a PENNY. all you have to do is make it a priority to question and/or proclaim that bush lied us into war. it will ruin the republican name for one or two generations.

Have the Democrats not learned anything from the past twenty years of GOP success? You don't even have to lie or go personal like they do, just take the gloves off on their record. When the facts are on your side, present them bluntly and unapologetically.

In this case, I think they are soft-pedalling the lies by Bush because Dems want to serve the oil interests too. If they totally expose the false case for war, it will be harder to justify keeping troops there.
