I have never ever watched an entire Hannity & Colmes. The most have been a minute or two. But tonight's hook was Hannity baiting that a clip was coming showing "an UNHINGED Chuck Shumer" battling ROBERTS at the previous confirmation hearings. He also kept claiming that it showed ROBERTS was an expert battler of Dems.

Well, when it finally showed, all it was was ROBERTS refusing to answer questions, refusing to cite a SCOTUS decision he disagreed with. The camera was on him till the end, when it showed a cool calm SHUMER in masterful control.

ROBERTS: You keep taking us back to the area of...

SHUMER: The area of hard questions.

ROBERTS: No, the area of ... Judge GINSBERG refused to give an example because she said it would hurt the court. I refuse because (my transcript memory fails)...

SHUMER: What it means is that you refuse to give an example of anything that would matter at all when you are sitting on the court.
