Simple as that.

The families of 9/11 victims still have a lot of unanswered questions:

1. The "TRUTH" is a concept foreign to this crowd.
Lying is their nature, it is their operating procedure, it is their mission, often accomplished. Why should we believe a single thing they say about any aspect of events, motives, policies, or people?

They even lied about the election, twice!!!

3. It would be great for Democrats to regain the subpoena power in Congress
If Bush survives Fitzgerald's prosecution, he would still face an unending series of gauntlets in the remaining two years of his Presidency if we regain the House and the Senate. I have a feeling there are scandals we haven't even dreamed of yet.

5. That's what I think. We are just scraping the surface...there is a lot
of shit underneath. These guys are as crooked as the day is long and I have a feeling there are a lot of things connected that we aren't aware of.

11. There's much more:
contracts associated with No Child Left Behind going to friends and family of Bush, contracts for the Medicare prescription cards going to Bush supporters, corporations writing the laws and regulations governing their businesses, sale of the environment to friends of Bush. Everything this administration touches is corrupt. Bush pays off his friends and punishes his enemies.

We Democrats need to get control of Congress and not just to change this or that policy. We need to get rid of the excessive, unbelievable amount of corruption that Bush brought to our government. When Democrats get back in power, they had better watch their steps very carefully because we will be watching every step of the way and Americans will be very sensitive to corruption and abuse of power. I trust Democrats to be honest, but I'm old enough to remember Johnson. He did a lot of good things and was far preferable to Bush, but he was also corrupt. So just electing a Democrat is no guarantee there will be no corruption, but it is a good start, especially if we keep electing folks like Conyers and Barbara Lee who lead the way with regard to integrity.

8. This is so vile and disgusting. But at least it's nice to know that I am
not crazy. I've had serious, serious questions about 911 since a couple of weeks after it occured. I'm really mad. I just don't know what this corrupt administration and movement (PNAC) is truly capable of doing (or letting, or orchestrating) happen.

9. there's something really sick going on in Washington, D.C.
And I highly suspect Fitzgerald's stuff will only be a whitewash even if he indicts and convicts the entire executive branch.

10. Other Potential Focus For Fitzgerald
Excuse the tinfoil hat here, but this morning I read on this site, a reference to an article on another site which discussed another focus of Fitzgerald's investigation.

According to this article, certain current and former CIA members, including Tenet, might have been involved in the purchase of significant numbers of Put Options on American Airlines stock, as well as stock in other airline companies, in the 3 market days immediately preceding 9/11.

For those who are unaware, Put Options are basically a bet that a stock price will fall. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to remember what happened to airline stocks when the market reopened a few days following 9/11. The market fell hundreds of points in the following days, and airline stocks were leading the way.

IF.....and I'm saying IF....there is proof that any administration officials were involved in something like this, we would be looking at something of biblical proportions in my book. While plenty of excuses and/or legal reasoning would be thrown out, I think that would be the end of Shrub's administration, and possibly even more than that.

Something that huge would clearly rise to the class of Treason, and then some. I will just dream about that for a moment.
