I opened up my paper this morning and the first two items I saw were Rep / Dem combos on two important issues. First Hillary and Newt coming together on health reform and then a great big pic of our man Ted Kennedy standing for a photo op with John ROberts.

My first reaction was a guttural-esophageal purging reflex.

By the time I hit the door I realized I was heading out to do something similar. I'm on a textbook budget/ordering committee with this woman who is such a * worshiper that she still wears her GW pin once a week, is addicted to O'Lielly, and since she's from Cheyenne WY, Cheney may as well be her kids' godfather.

But we have to hammer out this budget, select 150 new texts, and present the monetary and title choices to the department next week.

I doubt there will be a photographer there, but my friends down at Moveon.com house party would be appalled!
