He is telling the story of how Joe Wilson protected the Americans in Iraq during the first gulf war even when Saddam threatened to kill him. He saved over 2000 Americans.....
He said Bush1 treated Joe Wilson like a hero and awarded him an accommodation. The 2nd Bush was not so honorable....
