Bush's Future as a "Jeopardy" Question
My apologies if someone has already posted this idea in an earlier thread.

There are "immortal" presidents: the Washingtons, Lincolns, Roosevelts.

There are "forgotten" presidents: the Martin van Burens, the Chester Alan Arthurs, the Gerald Fords.

Then there are presidents of little distinction who escape popular oblivion by being characterized by some "fascinating fact": William Henry Harrison (shortest term); Grover Cleveland (only president to serve non-consecutively); William Howard Taft (heaviest).

Bush has attained the lowest recorded presidential approval rating in history. "Plamegate" still hasn't been killed, and in fact a big new development came out this morning. Many members of his own party are thoroughly disgusted with him and now there is at least one Republican candidate who is calling for his impeachment:

Could it be that he will find himself among the most rarified group of "Jeopardy" presidential questions?

A: He was the only president to be impeached.

Q. Who was Andrew Johnson? (alas, poor drunken illiterate Andrew has now lost his claim to fame)

A. He was the only president to resign.

Q. Who was Richard Nixon?

A. He was the only president to be expelled from office.

Q. Who was George W. Bush!

It could happen!

4. Clinton was impeached by the House
not by the Senate. Johnson was impeached by both the House and the Senate so he was booted out of office.

6. ***BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ***
WRONG!

... his conciliatory policies towards the defeated rebels and his vetoes of civil rights bills embroiled him in a bitter dispute with the Congressional Republicans, leading the House of Representatives to impeach him in 1868; he was the first President to be impeached. He was subsequently acquitted by a single vote in the Senate.

3. He was the only president installed by the SCOTUS.
He was the only president to "win" election twice in direct conflict with published exit poll results.

He was the only president that pardoned several convicted traitors in his own administration.

He was the only president to pardon himself.
