Speaking about the attacks during a speech on Medicare and Social Security, the president said no one will "frighten us from our great love of freedom."

4. Then why, Mr. Bush,
have you been trying to do just that for the past several years?

See the Patriot Act.

Asshole.

5. He's right - Even Bush** himself can't frighten me from
my great love of freedom, no matter that they're renewing the Patriot Act and sending spies into Peace groups - They will not scare me into stopping my fight for freedom and for what this great land is supposed to be!!!

:patriot:

be intimidated by thugs and assassins."

We're not ?

Would un-intimidated people approve the Patriot Act ?

12. These vermin hate freedom...
particularly the freedom of speech and the freedom to protest and disagree with them. I'm so sick of Bush and the freedom line - it's complete and total bullshit.

13. Maybe
Bush is talking about the freedom of his Administration and its cronies to dominate the lives of the people of our once-great nation, through promoting their wars without end, increased benefits for the wealthy, decreased benefits for those in need, and ever increasing assaults on the freedoms beloved by the rest of us.

Bush certainly couldn't have possibly been talking about the great love of freedom possessed by the people. He and his people try to scare us out of that everyday.

But, then again, Bush and his crew of weasels have increasingly shown themselves to be the masters of Orwellian doublespeak...
