Anyone notice CBS's John Roberts playful manner this week?
He's been very friendly & playful while ending the nightly news this week. Actually, I like it. Tongith for example he took off his tie & unbuttoned his top button. He ends with a usually silly lame joke & grind into the camera. I think his charm is very down to earth & can't help but wonder if he know something. Perhaps he's gonna be Dan Rather's succesor, who knows. Anyone else notcie this or am I imagining it?

2. Maybe he's enjoying
his name being all over the news, because he shares it with the Supreme Court nominee. ;)

4. He's very, very, very pro-republican.
He's been extremely dismissive and "so-what" about the Rove/Plame scandal.

I miss Dan Rather. :-(

5. He's a neo-con. I always turn to another channel when I see
him in the anchor spot.

7. A Republican?
Whoa, I would have never guessed. Why do you say that? You may be right, I just haven't heard that & was wondering if he said something i9n an interview or has made his politics known. I still like him thought. I do miss Dan, very much! I think he'd be leading with ROve every night if he was still anchoring.
