Postulo Tyrannus
Latin seems to cover the situation very well.

IMPEACH THE TYRANT!

That's right, Tyrant.

After having seen the German artist's renditions of the Photos * is so desperate to keep hidden, Tyrant is the ONLY title that truly fits this Psychopath.

4. "Thus is it always with tyrants"
I know that Booth yelled this right after shooting Lincoln, but I didn't mean to suggest assassination.
I just meant that you shouldn't expect honorable acts from tyrannical despots.

My dopamine is kicking in right now :D and I couldn't remember Latin. I have a hard enough time with English.

8. It's more like
I, tyrant, demand.

At least that's what my rudimentary grammar (and not so rudimentary dictionary) spits out.

"Postulo tyrannum" would be closer, but postulo is 'demand, require', and can cover (in the right context) 'call to judgement'; not gonna take the time to sort out the required syntax. We have Classicists around for that (I'm a Slavist).
