most of kids end up dead anyway. Keep them in prison.

Any of the above would seem a more efficient way to make them incapable of molesting children.

How about stoning? Red hot pincers? The Rack? Drawing and Quartering?

This isn't about law enforcement or "protecting children". It's about vengeance.
