1. I guess we need to put similar signs up on the roads leading into Canada.

Black screen, white letters...came on before the opening sequence.

15. I think it was.
It was put up in the typical serious manner, but I think the seriousness of it is the joke.

8. Gay discussion always ups the warnings
I remember when Ellen came out, episodes that were TV pg all of the sudden became TV 14.

9. I saw that too. If your children need a parental advisory
Edited on Sun Jul-24-05 07:42 PM by jmm
about this episode then I feel sorry for them. I bet they could do an episode where Marge's sisters find Homer's Cialis and tell the whole town about it and you wouldn't see nearly as many people upset.

10. Can we ever get to a point when gay/lesbians are no longer considered
"MATURE SUBJECT MATTER: PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED"?

13. Thank you!
I hadn't been able to get my thinking around to the right words. Thank you Montauk6.
Although, my eldest daughter has taken me to task (and thanked me) for not differentiating between gay vs. straight couplehood. About 5th grade she began to realize that other folks saw things very differently. I like her.

regretting their contract/renewal with Faux channel.

21. It has run 3 times and each time with the warning.
Reminds me of the John Waters episode a few years back when Homer asked Bart if John "got any gay on him".
