How should the Dems handle it? Hammer the hell out of it. It is treason and if not one mepublican has enough balls or ovaries to stand up BY NOW they should be hammered for their gutlessness.

2. Welcome to DU. I don't have high hopes of impeachments and

trials for war crimes, but I do hope that middle America sees the indictments not as partisan politics but as a real issue about national security that got blown off by the misAdmin. I hope that there will be poltical fallout favoring the Dems in '06, but since the election system is rigged.. well.. the odds of taking back the Hill aren't great.

So in short, I hope this wakes Americans up but it won't be the end of our troubles, just the first step on the long road back to democracy.
