I was hoping it would drop a few pennies more before Thur. when I leave for vacation and I was going to fill up then (and use my Kroger card for $0.10 off per gallon.)

Gas shot up $0.18 today at lunch. Sitting at $2.29 now.

although it must have gone up a little...I knew I should have filled up yesterday...I live 1.2 miles from work so I don't have to fill up more than once a month, unless I do an inordinate amount of weekend driving. I should start walking to work more often. I feel like an idiot driving that far anyway.

Hmm....I see oil shot up 2.7% on Friday but it's working it's way back down rather well:
