1. The federal prosecutor probably did not appeal for a reason.
That is the prosecutor's prerogative. Sensenbrenner can't second guess every decision good or bad by every prosecutor in the country. What a fool. Who elects these guys?

8. I agree but it is not about pardons
It is about sending a message to Fitzgerald to watch out what he is doing...T%hey think they are slick by sending Lardo Sensenbrenner after another case Fitzgerald worked on.

11. I suspect Fitzgerald is of the kind who will only get more determined
if they are so stupidly blatant

7. Aiding and abetting criminals, let's brand the bastards
Every Democrat who runs against these scum MUST tar and feather Sensenbrenner, Part Roberts, and any opponent who directly or indirectly obstructs justice (whether in a legal sense or not) with this.

10. Tar and Feather? The only use the Dems have for those
is road paving and pillow fights!

I agree; they should go more negative sometimes.

9. I agree- let's call Senators but remember- the CIA launched this-
not the Democrats. As nervous as I am about them trying to destroy Fitzgerald and pulling as many tricks as they possibly can, the CIA is pissed off at Bush for an array of things but most of all, they are beyond livid about outing one of their own. Let's just hope that they stay mad and stay focused on getting the truth out.

But it would be good for us to remind the Democratic Senators (most of whom did NOT signe Conyer's letter by the way), that we need them to stand up and stand up loudly and immediately. We also need to call on GOP elected officials to do what is right. I know it seems far fetched- but there has to be on brave Republican who believes in country over party and who fears the wrath of the CIA more then the rath of Bush. Forget McCain by the way, he's already caved. God knows what they did to him but he's become their mouth piece.

12. They're just "christian" attacks, so, it's OK to trash anyone they dislike
Christians are more than happy to attack and villify anyone who tells the truth about them.

This entire bunch scare me how they can convince otherwise good people that this administration has anything to do with anything holy.
