NASA coverage of Space Shuttle Discovery "Return to Flight" Mission launch is shown. Commander Eileen Collins and her crew are scheduled to lift off at 10:39 a.m. EDT on the first U.S. space flight since the February 1, 2003 loss of the Shuttle Columbia. The launch was postponed from July 13, 2005 due to a faulty fuel sensor.
The STS-114 shuttle crew consisted of Commander Eileen Collins, pilot James Kelly, payload commander Soichi Noguchi and mission specialists Stephen Robinson, Andrew Thomas, Wendy Lawrence, and Charles Camarda.
