About harassing Souter
There was a story in the local paper about how some want to take over Justice Souter's house to build a hotel or resort there. A response, of course, to his vote re the New London and Kelo.

Frankly, I think that this is just a diversion to attack Souter who "betrayed" the Republicans as not foaming in the mouth.

As much as we all were upset about that ruling, I hope that Democrats and liberals do not join these forces, while moving our eyes from the real ball in the air.

1. I think EVERY justice should have to bear the burden
of their decisions.

Activists should do the same to the home of every member of SCOTUS.

Let's see how they like living with their decisions.

2. Why would they do the same to the dissenting voters?

If he thinks it's okay to just have homes taken away, then let his be the first taken. What makes him special?

6. No one should even joke about taking over a judges home
With the threats and hostility created by the right against judges, there are more than enough wack jobs out there who might be dangerous. I think this "idea" is highly irresponsible.
