Soem things I have to get off my chest about Terra and the Terraists

here's my issues....

first off - i think it's so stupid to frame this as an Islam versus Christianity debate....

Suicide bombers, train exploders, airplane flyers have as much to do with Islam as Eric Rudolph, The Oklahoma City Bombings and Waco have to do with Christianity.


These folks aren't blowing themselves and others up because of Islam - they're doing it because they've got issues with the people they believe their targets represent.



Secondly - i'm sick and tired of terrorists blowing up regular working stiffs like the majority of us, to make their point.

We've got no power in these situations and more often then not - our leaders care even less about us than they do about the terrorists themselves.

i wish they'd go after the real culprits and leave us the hell alone. Hell you've already made your mind up to die - so go freakin kill yourselves killing the policymakers - not me - i have no bearing on that crap.

How do you sell hatred other than "those people are evil"? This way, there's a huge amorphous mass of people called Islam to hate, rather than a few disaffected individuals. Get the people that are terrorists, and the problem goes away when they're in custody. Make the enemy Islam, and it's a battle forever, which will keep our dear leaders in power forever.

3. Eric Rudolph has plenty to do with Christianity, imho

He didn't evade capture fopr so long without a lot of help from his fellow god-fearing Christians.

4. mm..you do make a valid point about the support he got....

but are those true christians or fringe loonies using religion to validate a world view they hold?


like if you praise allah whilst flying your plane into a building - was it the islam that made you do it?
