Conflicts' costs may exceed $700 billion

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have already cost taxpayers $314 billion, and the Congressional Budget Office projects additional expenses of perhaps $450 billion over the next 10 years

6. You're wrong, I think the Greeks in the Polyponnisian Wars proved
:sarcasm:

They keep this up for maybe 20 years at the most and then you fall to ruin.

The US was able to sustain its growth for land by having a long war against my
friends, but this kind of shit doesn't work anymore. Resources is the battle being fought by the greedy. Without an overwhelming population of supporters such as immigrants the native population will overcome finally.

5. Wow, the things we could do with that money
Health care, paying down the debt, giving REAL TAX RELIEF to those in the middle and lower classes. My God, this administration's policies are truly out of whack.
