OK, first he got caught in a lie about being in the Federalist Society (he says he never joined but was, in fact, an OFFICER in the group) and now this? Sadly, though, I can guarantee that the Bush-ites will rush to Roberts' defense and make excuses for his lies. They will put "winning" ahead of the integrity of the court. But is it too much to ask for a justice who isn't a big liar?
