what happened to Ted Olson? Is he off with his new wife
somewhere? Did he just drop off the face of the earth? I thought he was slotted for the Supreme Court. Curious, isn't it?

7. He's got a new wife? That can't be!
Remember when Barbara was killed, and Ann Coulter wrote a big piece about what a wonderful love they had (she wrote some nastiness to the effect that the Clintons' marriage was just a hollow shell of what the Olsons' was.) I guess it's been more than three years, but it just seems odd.

I don't know if it's the Saturday Night Fever look, the Pia Zadora lookalike escort, or the less-then-grieving widower look on his face.

14. Yeah, it's probably an old photo
Or some Grecian Formula and 70's Nite at some beltway dive. But there were gossip rag reports about him catting around months after Babs bit the big one.
Solicitor General Ted Olson, whose wife, conservative author Barbara Olson, died in the September 11 Pentagon plane crash, seems to be moving on. He's been dating Republican socialite Sydney "Nini" Ferguson, former companion of Sen. John Warner (R-Va.)

15. Sorry, but no high horse for me
My wife, who was the center of my universe, died in March 2004. I have been dating for nearly 6 months.

Do you think thats odd too?

17. no, it's not
people handle grief differently. I am sorry for your loss and am glad you found someone to date. I can't imagine how I'd handle it if my wife were to die and I don't think to right to judge others on how they handle it. Even a creep like Olsen.

18. You're not a Family Values Republican
If you dated a week afterward I wouldn't even be interested, let alone judgmental.

Ted Olson once went to court to challenge the constitutionality of a special prosecutor that was sicced on his ass. Later he was part of Starr's free-ranging dirt squad. If the tabloids are a-titter over his dating so soon after his 3rd wife's demise, I'm A-OK with that.

19. No. I only spoke in reference to Ann Coulter's article
I am sorry for your loss (I remember when it was all going on, I think) and didn't mean anything other than Coulter's unnecessary reference to the Clintons when writing about Barbara Olson's death.

You could have waited at least a year before you started dating. But that's just my opinion. You almost made it though.:-)
