How can we not impeach THESE guys(and one women)?

1. One overall reason: the Supreme Court.

The court will likely have something to say on all of these things, at one point or another (if it hasn't already). We need to be in a position that forces the Chimp to nominate moderates for the Senate's approval. I'm talking Souters & O'Connors here.. pretty realistic. And if he doesn't, the court can function just as well with only 7 or 8 justices on-board until 2009.

And 2006 is the reason why Roberts' nomination is important.

We won't be able to touch him for any of this with RW ideologues on the SC.
