as those who work in the west wing. Cabinet secretaries, certainly, but also trusted advisors, WH counsel, press secretary, etc. Blumenthal was a "senior advisor". You'd have to know the layout of the West Wing and who has what office to know all the "senior advisors" in the Bush WH. But I have a feeling their names would be familiar to us.
