little handyman help around the house but are not married for whatever reason.

I can handle tools but not every woman can, so here's a chance to make some money and create some jobs.

Especially being a woman, I think women trust other women more than they might trust any random handyman type.

I *adore* my handyman. He rocks infinitely. But it is hard to find a reliable guy that you feel you can trust.

and they're a Jack of All Trades. Good for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, you name it. But they're not cheap--usually a set price per project.

As for the Leave My Husband Alone brigade, I always say, if you think you can put up with his crap for the 20+ years we've been married, give it your best shot. Husband's the same way--not a jealous bone in his body. At this point, we both figure it would be too much trouble to break in someone new! He does all the laundry and cleans the bathroom, I do all the yardwork and cooking.
A co-op situation can be pretty handy among friends. My husband may work on someone's computer for them, and their husband may assist with plumbing issues. Everybody wins.
