1. Puritanic assholes, imo.

They seem to fear that somewhere, somehow, someone might be having fun. And without an approval from them as to the moral conduct. Frankly, I think most of them are afraid of their own sexuality - or that their little sexual secrets about which they are embarrassed could be discovered.
