August 8th, 2005....
....mark that day on your calendar everybody....cuz it's the day Wolf "I-have-the-most-monotonous-droning-voice-in-the-history-of-broadcast-journalism" Blitzer's new show premieres on CNN.

It's called "The Situation Room". Awe, isn't that cute. Just like the one in the White House, sure, I get it. TSR will be three hours long, running from 3 till 6pm Monday to Friday.

What exactly the fuck is the deal with CNN's infatuation with Blitzer?? No, please, someone has got to explain it to me! Did anyone catch Wolfie's recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel? It was like a week ago...and boy howdy did he come off as an arrogant little prick. "I'm a hard news journalist, Jimmy" was his mantra. Yeah, sure Wolf, and I'm a Kodiak bear.

Well bud, I'll "stand by for hard news" but I won't expect any hard news, or hard nose questions for the hard news guests, in case they find it's just too hard coming up with answers.

To paraphrase a low-brow - yet amusing - line from Monty Python:
"Wolf, I :puke: in your general direction!"

3. *yawn*
Sorry, don't watch that propaganda network after the Democratic National Convention in 2004.

They could have Wolf Blitzer singing Elvis songs while spinning Pickles on ice and I wouldn't watch it.
