Stop using Republican Talking Points

The Republicans and their Corporate Owned Media Mouths continue to focus on a 1982 statute regarding the outing of Plame. They do this because it is narrowly focussed and more easily overcome. We should not aid them in this endeavor, to begin with we do not know what statutes Fitzgerald will use. There are other statutes or laws on the books that are broader in scope and may more easily apply in this case such as the 1917 law against releasing classified information. We should not get sucked in to fighting this legal/political battle on the Republican's terms, hold your shots until you see the whites of their eyes.
