3. Condi Rice= All lies, all the time....
I wonder how it feels for her to be "going down", for being a part of the most corrupt regime this nation has ever known? Her place is history is assured, and what a place it is!!

If they are, she's telling another lie. She makes it easy that way. Hell, the entire administration does.

but she sounds shaky, and her neck veins are about to burst.

so much for WMD...now it was an extension of a "low level conflict" already in progress.

15. It was announced last week...
That the administration was launching another "spin project" for the Iraq war. In other words, we'll all be horrified once more that every media outlet is bowing to George Bush. This happens every time the media starts telling the truth. The White House clamps down, then everything we heard last week is no longer true, and reporters all over this country will spin with a straight face. It's a wonder we're not all psychotic.

12. Look at her! Look how TENSE!
The muscles in her throat, her voice is constantly shaking, the brow is constantly wrinkled, the jaw is very rigid, her adam's apple is dancing all over her throat (never seen that before) and her hands are white-knuckled clinched in front of her. When she uses her hands, her thumb is at a 90 degree angle, clinched.

This woman is is LYING HER ASS OFF

16. Laughable arguments!
Oh, boy. She's desperate, and it's transparent as hell. Even wifey is yelling at the TV, and she never does.

Timmy the Whore: Did you underestimate the cost of the war?
The Rice: We did not have perfect foresight.

Wifey: Oh, you didn't have perfect foresight? Well, guess what? Nobody is asking for "perfect" foresight. We're asking for a reasonable judgment. Og course you don't have perfect foresight. that's impossible in deliberative decisions affecting the state. We've had mechanisms in place for 2500 years to deal with that very problem. But $160 billion just this year is not a question of imperfect (as opposed to perfect) foresight, but a question of gross incompetence at a necessarily imperfect deliberation - in other words, terrible judgment. Perfect foresight! Fuck you, lady!

18. Two very obvious misses on timmy's part...
Edited on Sun Sep-28-03 09:18 AM by leftchick
1. Condi says saddam was a threat to this country AGAIN after detailing over and over how for sure he had WMD. Timmy's follow up question should have been HOW was he a threat since there are NO WMD?!?

2.Condi's "degraded infrastructure" explanation for why Iraq needs the billions of our fucking money! Timmy could have brought up how the US bombed the crap out of Iraq for weeks and maybe that had something to do with the rebuilding?

I can't believe I watched both of those whores..... :puke:

20. OMG - you should've seen how nervous she was on Fox
Happened to have it on from the previous program.

Also, did I hear it wrong, or is she now blaming the CIA for bad intel re Iraq?? (Counter-offensive for referring the Plame affair to DoJ??)

MTP is running concurrently on another channel, so I can't watch both.

21. Condi says she "didn't remember"
that the yellowcake story was bogus. She's referring to the fact that she did know at the time of bush's speech in Cincinati when Tenet said the yellowcake reference had to be removed.

So, apparently Condi reviews Bush's speeches by verifiying that "as far as she knows/remembers", nothing in is wrong or incorrect. It aint necessary to get on the damn phone and ask for backup for each statement so that she can PROVE to herself that each statement is correct or true. And of course, she remembered. She damn well did remember.

These murderous liars are running our country!

26. She should resign
You're right, there are photos of her going over the speech with Bush. But she now says she "didn't remember" and Stephen Hadley "didn't remember" that the CIA director told them not to use it in October. This in spite of a memo sent to her which she now says "it's possible" she didn't read!

And get this surreal Condi claim:

This wasn't really a war of pre-emption, because we were at a low level state of conflict with Iraq since 91. Jesus. She'll say ANYTHING.

Oh, my God! Did you see the cover of Time? Grinning Bush* in the flightsuit with "Mission Not Accomplished" across the page!

27. She's lying about Saddam's ties to Al Qaida again
All lies all the time. This is the well-known approach attributed to the repukes. If they just lie enough times, enough people will believe it. The terror for our country here is that the more obvious and well-documented their lies are, the MORE they need to lie and the more forcefully they need to lie to get enough people to continue to believe it. They have themselves in a position that they will be unable to tell the truth again about so many things. Ever.

28. Two observations
1. Maybe there is some tiny smidgen of a conscience left, that causes her the distress when she lies. That puts her ahead of Dick Cheney, who is such an accomplished and cold liar that he has no remorse and no fear.
2. She has to hang on as long as possible, to set herself up for the lucrative "consulting" and boards in her future, since the corrupt corporate types whom this admin has done so well to serve will be happy to reward her for her "service."

30. There is one discredited report about some guy who
was in Baghdad at some point. Russert doesn't challenge because he just wants to get through his show. He did have a lot of damning stuff prepared, and he wanted to get to it. I think this was a pretty good show even though he didn't call her on her lies. Others see it now. The newsweek poll where 96% want Rumsfeld to resign is another indication that people now know these guys are lying.

Yes. He should take responsibility for the Iraqi mess 91%
