Throughout his administration, Bush has selectively enforced the laws of this country. He has demonstrated that he has no regard for Constitution or the statutory laws that are passed under that Constitution. He will only enforce the law when it suits his purpose.
One of the more glaring examples is his unwillingness to enforce a law that was passed in the wake of the murder of a CIA officer. The Congress passed a law with the purpose of making it a Federal crime to publish, release the name of any CIA officer.
Now that someone on his staff has done broken this Federal Law, Bush has elected not to pursue the enforcement of that law. This is just one more instances of the discriminatory practice of law enforcement that Bush supports.
It makes one wonder if there is not some reason that Bush cannot find the perpetrator of the anthrax murders. Could it be that they are someone who supports the administration?
