Would anyone be interested....
in a DU/PDA meet-up in the Green Mountains of Vermont sometime around mid, or late, Sept when foliage will be approaching peak? We could do a 3hr dinner/music cruise on the "Spirit of Vermont" on beautiful Lake Champlain. I would also try to get Bernie Sanders to stop by sometime during the meet-up. I could accommodate about 10-15 people at my place and there are many B&B's in the area. The last weekend in Sept is "Harvest Market" celebration in my town, and the entire town is taken over with arts and crafts displays and many many booths showcasing Vermont products. The music is always provided by local talent (remember Phish) and is always free!

It's just a thought for any DU'ers who would like to see Vermont at its prettiest, and might be planning on coming anyway.
If there is enough interest I will get started on planning the details.

5. Then it's about a
3-31/2 hr drive for me. I have to see what plans the rest of the family has, if someone would be here for the dogs. Keep in touch.

3. though I can't make it, I would encourage anyone who hasn't' seen . . .
Vermont foliage in the fall to take advantage of this opportunity if so inclined . . . the colors are spectacular, like nothing you've ever seen . . . an LSD trip without the acid . . . :)

I LOVE Vermont! . . .
