Does anybody have the Condi quote...

Does anybody have the Condi quote...
from before 9/11 where she says something to the effect that Saddam has been contained and is not a threat to this country or to his neighbors? It's something very similar to Powell's statement before 9/11 regarding the U.S. Iraq policy.

I remember reading it recently but unfortunately didn't save it or copy it down. Actually, if anybody has them -- both the Powell and Condi quotes would be great. This is what Russert should have come back at her with this morning but didn't. I can't seem to google find them...thanks in advance. :toast:
