but I worked as a polling judge in Mason, OH (Warren County) and from what I saw was no fraud. There are two repukes and two Democrats at each polling station. One side will not let the other side cheat. All the polling judges wanted it done right, for the most part. The major problem in Ohio is with the provisional votes, are they counted or not. But some of the blame rests squarely on the shoulders of the voters. It you don't inform the Board of Elections in a timely manner of address change, etc. that is where things get screwed up. That was the major reason in the precinct I worked at that caused us poll workers to hand out a provisional ballots. People in the district just don't understand the voting process. No wonder our democracy is going the way of the dodo bird!
Another problem I experienced as a poll worker was the incompetency of the older poll workers. The two older poll workers did not want to take responsibility for anything, one was a repuke and one was a Democrat. I found this extremely frustrating because I ended up making sure things were done correctly. They were there for the $80 (that is what a poll worker gets in the State of Ohio) and nothing more. When $80 becomes important something is wrong with out society.
On edit: please take note that Warren County is 88% repuke and Bush* got less than 88% of the vote in Warren County.
