1. Nope! I love happy news, but I want the truth, not selective news.
I think it's great to be positive, but to report only happy news is just silly and wrong!

4. Yep, lower blood pressure, but uniformed. Nawww, I'd rather
be pi**ed and know what's really going on.

3. I like the idea of this...
It's nice to know that some good things do happen. It's too easy to forget that with all the other things going on in the world.

I agree, that balance is important--but it's not like the mainstream media ever offers balance just :puffpiece:

So why not something that can at least give people another perspective to consider?

6. Google doesn't know what to make of the site...
Edited on Sat Jul-30-05 11:46 PM by Goldom
their ads, these two right next to each other-

"Ads by Goooooogle
Anti "W" sticker
answer those little black squares bumper stickers sweat shirts
dontblamemeivoted4kerry.com"

"Meet Republican Singles
Free to Join. 1000's of pictures of Beautiful Republican Singles
ww.RepublicanPeopleMeet.com"

Somehow I don't think those would mix too well...

7. That's pretty funny! Wonder if they both complained to Google?
I can see where both want to put thier own ads out and hope the best man wins, but to have them side by side is pretty funny!

8. Sorry, nyet interested.
There's far, far too much important news right now to be lulling everybody into submission with a bunch of bland, puff-piece non-news.
