in the 60's i would go to parties and there was always someone with a group somewhere who was rap'n about the 'Establlishment'... and the military industrial complex.. i was probably just focused on chasing women then.. anyway, i never really got into it...

then when i was working overtime at Shell Research late on Christmas Eve.. i finally got to look and take a brake.. there was always a radio on in the labatory..lab work is booring..

the news came on again with the same story... i had only noticed the enunciated cadence of the headline all evening, the thinly veiled emphasis that this was F'n important.. but i was lost in numbers and lab books..

i finally stooped and listened

TOday IN HIghly UNprecedented BOmbing OVer NORth VIet NAm.. the Italian, the French, Swiss Embassies have been destroyed, the city of Hanoi is in flames, all bridges and avenues of escape for civilians have been destroyed...!!! B52's are carpet bombing the City..!!

i suddenly saw every rap session flash before my eyes and i understood what they had been talking about... I had a Universal Spiritual Revelation, ..my life was changed forever !!

Keep talking.. you may not change anyone now, but we need to plant the seeds for the future,... you rap'n needs to positive reflection.. information in a creative way.. we need to get some psychologists help on this one.. the Dark Dark Side has been using Shrinks for 40 years ..we have to catch up.. and catch up quick, if the Constitution is to survive

we have entered into a dark era of Fascist Corporate laissez Faire, we need to head that off at the pass or we are all doomed to an agonizing toxic chemical homeless/jobless death

It is important to take advantage of every opportunity to spread the word these days. If you are putting gas in your car, talk to the next person about who is making the profits. Social gatherings, too, as you mentioned. Plant seeds.
