2. I mean, listen to these people:
'Assistant U.S. attorney Jeff Sullivan said there is no chance of marijuana being legalized in the United States. "Marijuana is not a benign drug. There are more kids in treatment for addiction to marijuana than for all other illegal drugs combined," Mr. Sullivan claimed.'

Ha!

3. Didn't you know?
Marijuana is more addictive than crack, heroin and crystal meth combined!!

Plus it gets the kids all hopped up and turns them into crazed masturbating-carjacking-zombies.

10. I know, what the hell is that about
If kids are in treatment for marijuana addiction, there's a whole bunch of counselors lying their asses off. DIVERSION to get a marijuana charge dropped, maybe. Treatment, no fucking way.

And I have to have prescriptions for Sudafed while this stupidity goes on.

4. I'll say a sad day indeed....
Just imagine the hypocrisy for this present government.Federal Methadone programs 100,000 plus,Ritalin widely distributed to our kids,Drug companies manufacturing, perocets, vicodins and Rush Windbag's favorite drug candy---OXYCOTIN,a powerful synthetic pill, ranges from 10mg. to 180mg..wow..Let's not forget Afghanistan now the world's no.1 producer of raw opium Draconian Drug Laws regarding Hemp need changing.Government picks us off few at a time,I'd very much like to see a "Million Man/Women March On WASHINGTON" everyone li-ting a joint together in defiance of persecution laws...funny for 300 years Hemp was an integral part of America's Commerce..hell George Washington grew and smoked HEMP..Ben Franklin wrote the Declaration of Independence on HEMP paper, using light from a lamp of HEMP oil and enjoying a corncob full of HEMP...Abe Lincoln wrote the "emancipation proclamation" ON HEMP paper and he too enjoyed a corncob full of HEMP...these are great americans, they probably be arrested today with this BUSH CRIME FAMILY....BIG OIL's worst enemy-----HEMP...I'd like to see the final jurors take it upon themselves to "toss the verdict" Shame on the USA

6. This is what really gets me.
When the fuck did the DEA start to have jurisdiction over Canadian citizens living in Canada?

I wonder if we can use the MLAT mentioned in your link to extradite Bush to Canada on war crimes charges?

7. A thought that has just occurred to me based on the charges:
n a major press conference held in Seattle, American officials accused Emery of “conspiracy to produce marijuana and distribute marijuana seeds, and money laundering."

Now, because we all know that god greated the world and everything in it (in 6000 years nonetheless, with a rest on Sunday!!), does this mean we can charge god with "conspiracy to produce marijuana and distribute marijuana seeds"?

8. I wish but I believe it would have to be after he left office as heads of

state are immune from prosecution when in Canada on official business.

9. gross violation of Canadian sovereignty
Canada should not sit idly by. And neither should the US.

If the Canadians can call us "American brothers" in the aftermath of 9/11, Americans should call them "Canadian brothers" and stop strongarming the Canadian government.
