When the truth is that he is like a spoiled child. Everything is a game. See, he just won this "game" with Bolton. He is so happy today. Republicans are all drunk with power. They get a contact high from Dubya. They love his arrogance and the way he "plays" politics. Wonder how long this hangover will be when they have to sober up?
