Lowell Weicker to be on radio today from 3-6pm EST

Lowell Weicker, the liberal Republican from Connecticut, one of the most outspoken voices against Nixon during Watergate will be live on air (and in studio, I think) today with Bruce Stevens & Colin McEnroe on WTIC AM 1080 in Hartford, CT. Stevens & McEnroe are left of center radio hosts. And, yes, Weicker is a liberal who lost to Democrat Joe Lieberman in 1988 when Lieberman ran to his right...Weicker later won the CT governorship running as an independent.

Weicker is also an outspoken critic of the Bush White House and could have some interesting perspective with his involvement in the Watergate hearings & today with Plame/Rove/Libby.

WTIC is a 50,000 watt station and has good range. Unfortunately, I'm inside until 5pm and cannot hear the show until after that time.
