How many SS agents does Mary Cheney need?

I was browsing around a Disney site when, in a story about a coaster accident, I ran across this tidbit:

Now, I don't begrudge her Secret Service protection--I do think she needs it-- but TWELVE? Even if some of those "family members" had their own Secret Service protection, that's still a lot in my book.

Sounds like 4 shifts of 3 people each. But it would be quite a problem if she got kidnapped.

If it's other family with their own Secret Service Details, it wouldn't be odd. I really doubt she has 12 agents following her around everywhere.
